Nope! Joining the Lightkeeper Club is completely free to join.
After you have reached 100 points, you will be eligible for $10 off your next order.
Log into your account. Under your profile, there is a section where you can get your discount code to redeem your points. You can also find this under the "Lightkeeper" button on the website once you've logged in.
Discount codes can then be placed in the checkout page. Note, discounts cannot be used with any other discount codes.
Yes and No, let me elaborate!
At this time, there is no easy solution to earning points from purchases made at markets, however once the market season begins, I will be asking people if they are signed up for the rewards program. If you are, then I will ask for your name and email and manually update points for you. This may time up to a week to update so please be patient.
As for redeeming at markets, no. Point redemptions will only be available for online purchases.
Unfortunately, points are only valid for any purchases made after the program was initiated.
That said if you would like us to look into possible eligibility, please email us at hello@lighthousefragranceco.com to check into previous purchases and we can see what we can do for you.
We are a very small business and we are choosing to reward our loyal customers. In order to do this we also need to be able to make adjustments as needed.
Lightkeeper Loyalty Reward points are at the discretion of Lighthouse Fragrance Company and point values or redemption amounts may be subject to change. We also reserve the right to remove any customer from the program that we suspect is abusing the loyalty program.
